My last post on this quilt I was deciding to make additional blocks to widen the quilt before adding the final border.
I made the additional blocks and added the border.
For the backing I bought a deep forest green flannel and pieced it together. I was a bit short and added a black Kona Cotton to the bottom
I should have taken a picture of the back and label, but maybe Fr. James will allow me to do that and I will add an updated picture later.
I chose Mesmerize pattern from Urban Elementz to quilt this with.
I think it adds a nice texture to the quilt.
I am happy that Fr. James was pleased with the results!
